Terms of Service

All purchases must be paid for by credit card.  Refused shipments will be charged shipping costs plus 15% of total invoice as a restocking charge. Prices are FOB Marion, AR and are subject to change without notice.

All items in the Scooples Jewelry product line are handmade. Sizes are approximate. Color variations and imperfections are the characteristics of handmade craftsmanship. Please note that designs may vary due to bead availability.
 

Normal shipping time is two to three business days. During Christmas season and Market event shows, shipping may take two or more extra business days. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS ground. Next day and 2nd day shipping are also available at additional standard shipping charges for this service.

Return Policy

***ALL SALES ARE FINAL.***

In the event there is damaged merchandise, claims must be made within 10 days upon receipt of the merchandise. No claims will be accepted after this time. To contact us concerning damages please call 870-739-8424. USPS and UPS requires the original shipping box, packaging material and tracking number sticker for inspection so the insured product can be replaced. In the event that there is damaged merchandise and the items mentioned above have already been discarded, Scooples Jewelry, USPS or UPS will not be responsible for replacing the damaged goods.

Manufacturer’s defects will be replaced or repaired at no charge.  They must be reported within 15 days from the ship date.  In the event that merchandise is damaged by yourself or your customers, we will repair but charges will be incurred for bead replacement, restringing, etc.
